Indeed, everyone from the Ohio region should definitely start making
plans and building vehicles, because there is a rumor floating around
that a treaty may be in the works between Tri-Pact and the Tyng Regime
with regard to battling outside Maryland. Many experts believe that the
recent battle in Maryland was actually a live-fire training exercise
designed to prepare the joint forces for operations outside the state.
