It all depends on what kind of kiddie car motors you have.  with mine it 
just was 1/8" Plastic was restricting the rod going all the way through.  So 
all I did was drill a 1/2" hole.

How are you getting power to the drive wheels (pulley and V-belts or hubs on 
drive wheels)? I have redesigned my set up just like the a kiddie car with 
the hubs on the drive wheels.

Have you guys drilled out the hub/gear box to allow a 1/2" shaft to pass through or are there V-belt Pullys with smaller shaft sizes? All I found at ACE was 1/2" , 5/8" and 3/4". I bought the 1/2" shaft and it doesn't fit through the Kiddie car gearbox.
This thing is starting to look like a tank. What does it take to become Tank 20?
