Lief Have you considered a fan mounted in the engine compartment so it can blow
some of that heat out ? The orginal must have had a radiator someplace on the
back.

Subject: Southern Flanks Are Protected
: I am pleased to announce that Lief Goodson's Stuart Light Tank has been
: officially designated as Tank #T009 and it appears to be ready for
: battle. With the 12 month battling season in Florida, Lief will almost
: certainly have logged dozens of hours of stick-time by the time most of
: us finish digging out from the winter that is shaping up to be a real
: nasty one. Lief has provided some good photos and lots of good building
: information, which can be viewed at:
:
:
: Everyone should take a close look at the 40cal gun assembly that Lief
: has developed, which looks like it will be a great solution for all AFVs
: that can't install a 68cal marker. The paintball splats aren't as
: impressive and the range might not be as far, but it certainly makes
: installations easier and will probably require less maintenance.
:
: On the 68cal front, Bryan Boucher has added some more photos to his
: Tiger-1 #T008 page at:
:
:
: which shows his solution for mounting a 68cal marker. Clearly, Bryan's
: building material of choice is aluminum and he's an accomplished metal
: worker.
:
: Bryan's is the 4th Tiger to be built (my Tiger was a trend-setter!!)
: which is apparently making Steve Tyng a little worried because he has
: recently increased his rhetoric. We're certain. however, that such talk
: will subside quickly once his T-34 "Tiger Killer" is surrounded by 4
: Tigers ... oh so many targets, but such little time to live ... tracks
: don't fail me now ...
