I'm waiting on my high volume poppet valve. I think that's the way to
go. I haven't had much success with the sprinkler valve. With a stanard
poppet and high volume hose, I can fire almost 100 feet - hard for the
first 30-40 feet. I'm hoping the high volume valve will inscrease that
to 50 feet. Even with high volume and high pressure, the .40 caliber
paintballs drop fast. I guess they don't have the mass like the .68
caliber ones. I saw your setup on the website. It's nice, but the
"splatomatic" selector is much smaller. The whole assembly fits inside
the M8's turret. In the M5, I have lots of extra space. In the next
week or so I'll send photos to Frank.
