US 37MM Weapons Platform

Today I completed my acquisition of US 37mm weapons platforms with the
purchase of the GI Joe M8 Armor Car.  The Hasbro M8 is a little
disappointing compared to the 21st Century M3 scout car.  It's a little
undersized, has less detail and not as accurate scale - BUT it looks like
it will be good for combat.  Now I have all three of the commercially
available 37mm weapons - M3, M5 & M8.  I'll be using a .40 caliber
blowgun for all three (M3 pedestal mount; M5 turret mount; M8 turret
mount).  I have a functioning gun system that has a maximum range of -at-
100 feet, with an effective range (hard enough to burst - accurate enough
to hit something) of 30-40 feet.  I am still tweaking the gun in hopes of
increasing its effective range.  Once I have one installed in one of the
vehicles, I'll send photos to Frank. 

Also Will's M3 R/C conversion photos are awesome and are a good start for
anyone converting a wheeled vehicle.
