I am using smooth on casting from viking plastic in Edmonton AB Canada.  The
cost is about $130.00 for a 2 gallon kit..part A and part B..demold time is
about 15 min..great to work with..can be dyed any color..the track combp
idea you have is great let me know how I can help..I will get some pictures
soon..have to borrow a digital camera first.. Garnet
